The International Workshop on Security and E-Learning at ARES-2007

The Second International Conference on Availability, Reliability and Security

The Workshop

Building on the success of last year’s workshop we expand the scope to include also research on how e-learning can help to teach and learn about IT security.

This workshop aims to address recent research around methods, concepts, models and technologies for security and privacy issues with special focus on e-learning and to bring together experts from both academia and industry for the exchange of ideas and discussion on future challenges on these issues.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to:

The workshop accepts full and short research papers.  For paper registration and electronic submission please use the following website:

Authors are invited to submit research and application papers following the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscripts style: two columns, single-spaced, including figures and references, using 10 fonts, and number each page. You can confirm the IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Author Guidelines at one of the following web pages:

Submitted papers will be blind reviewed and carefully evaluated based on originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of exposition.

Duplicate submissions are not allowed. A submission is considered to be a duplicate submission if it is submitted to other conferences/workshops/journals or it has been already accepted to be published in other conferences/workshops/journals.

Duplicate submissions thus will be automatically rejected without reviews.
