International Workshop on securing supply chains and mobile communication
For ARES 2026 the two workshops SCCS and IWSMA were merged into IWSSCMC.
SCCS
Modern supply chains are heavily dependent on integrated IT, OT, and ICT systems, which means that cybercriminals can exploit vulnerabilities across organizational boundaries and affect multiple companies at once. SCCS 2026 focuses on the intersection of supply chain management, logistics, and cybersecurity, with special attention to real-life environments, cyber-resilient supply chains, secure digital logistics, and the role of regulations such as TISAX and NIS2 in raising awareness and shaping practice.
IWSMA
Since the advent of smartphones, mobile applications have become one of the most thriving areas of digital technology, making the security of mobile applications and the protection of sensitive user data a key research topic. IWSMA 2026 focuses on bringing together researchers from around the world to share experience and recent research on securing mobile applications, safeguarding private and location data, defending increasingly ubiquitous mobile environments, and addressing emerging issues such as secure communication in home/building automation, industrial settings, and AI-enabled smart and mobile environments.
The submission guidelines valid for the workshop are the same as for the ARES conference.
